Trying to add two different X accounts for 1 wordpress site #333
Comments
Hi @bhschenker, Thanks for reporting the issue. Posting to both accounts should work fine. Could you please provide more information on how you connect a second account? Also, are you getting any errors when posting to account 1? Providing this information will help us identify the issue you are facing. Thank you. |
@iamdharmesh I go through the process like I did the first time:
My guess is changing the API info is what breaks the other one but not sure how else to add a second account. |
Hi @bhschenker, Thanks for sharing the details. To add a second account, you don't have to create a new app or change the API keys. You can directly add a second account by clicking "Connect another account."
Yes, that's correct. Changing the API info breaks the account we previously added. So, please add the second account by directly clicking the "Connect another account" button (without changing the API keys) and let me know if you face any issues after that. Thank you. |
That seemed to do it. Weird, I tried that before and got an error message
but seems to work now. If it stops, there's more issues I'll let you know
but I'll try it today. Thanks so much. I clearly was making it more
difficult than it needed to be.

Describe your question
I'm trying to add a second Twitter account to my autoshare but it seems when I added the second one, the first one stopped working at some point. Not sure if there's anything special that needs to be done as far as steps to add a second account like is shown in screen shots.
