Bug: Page transitions example doesn't work inside the embed

Describe the bug

When using the Page Transitions example via the GitHub embed block on the internal site, the links do not navigate properly inside the embed, and no transitions take place.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://animation.10up.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
2. Add a GitHub raw embed block
3. Use the URL for page transitions: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/10up/animation-best-practices/trunk-deploy/examples/ui/page-transition/css/index.html
4. Update the post and preview
5. Click on a link in the embed to navigate

Expected result:
Embed link should navigate to a new page within the embed and do the page transition.

Actual result:
The embed link attempts to navigate on animation.10up.com versus inside the embed.
