Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

We needed to make some changes to have linting passing on #4039, but we should revisit it to fix things properly.

  • Remove --warning-severity=6 from the lint.yml GH Action
  • Remove the at-rule-disallowed-list override in .stylelintrc
