[Enhancement]: Different percent similarity for images vs videos

I would love if you could please add (optionally) a separate level of similarity tolerance for videos vs images

What issue does it solve?

I often get false positives where my images are very similar but not exact. I'd love to bump image similarity to 99 or 100. On the other hand, my videos can often be up to a couple seconds different. I'd still like for them to be detected when very similar but not exact.
