[Enhancement]: make the expression builder window resizeable

make the expression builder window resizable, only vertically if wanted

What issue does it solve?

the expression builder is too big, so big infact that it doesnt not fit in my screen, im using a 1366x768 resolution, the maximum i can get and it does not fit on the screen, so im unable to use the expression builder as i cant see the lower part of the window, as you can see in the screenshot i sent

most of this space is used for instructions so it can be resized without losing functionality
